Unrestrained, hyper-compressed, brutal, colossal, vibrant, hybrid. Ultronium is a collection of Doom-inspired sounds based on heavy use of distortion and compression. The main focus of this pack is various rhythmic sequences, heavy bass lines, dirty loops, kick drums, and big impacts.

All of the presets have macro controls assigned for additional flexibility. In most cases, the patches contain the same set of macro controls for convenience during the production process. You can additionally modify the sounds with a mod wheel. Easily create your custom variations of the sounds by adjusting macros, and replacing wavetables and samples with your content.

Macros explained

M1 Pressure - a combination of distortion and compression, makes sounds bigger, louder, and heavier; dial it down if you want to restore some dynamics

M2 Brightness/Filtering - adjusts brightness or the sound or enables some filtering movement

M3 Warp - depending on the preset, this control alters the sound in some way, either by changing timbre, distortion color, or a rhythmic aspect of the sound

M4 Mod - in most cases, this controls the rhythm or movement of the sound; technically it alters the way modulation interacts with the sound - in many cases, it reverts the polarity of modulation thus completely reshaping the groove of the preset (-/+ mean that macro is bipolar, therefore it’s default values is located in the center)
